Low MOQ Socks Manufacturing
FOCS is a low MOQ socks manufacturer: our minimum is 500 pcs per style per color — factory-direct, fully certifiable, no quality compromise. Whether you're testing a market, launching a boutique label, or producing a limited collaboration, you get the same machines, yarns and QC as our 50,000-pair retail programs.
Traditional sock factories quote 3,000–5,000 pcs minimums because that's where their margin lives. Our 500-pc minimum is deliberate: we'd rather grow with a brand from its first collection than miss the brands that become big later. Launch a 6-style range — say organic cotton crews, bamboo crews and recycled fuzzy socks — for a total commitment of ~3,000 pairs spread across six SKUs instead of one.
Low MOQ does not mean B-team quality. Your 500 pairs run on the same 600 machines, with the same GOTS/GRS/OEKO-TEX certified yarn lots and the same pre-shipment inspection as everything else we export to Europe and North America. That matters: your first customers define your brand's reputation, and a bad first batch is more expensive than a higher MOQ.
For reorders, the pattern is proven: test 500, sell through, then scale the winners to 3,000–10,000 with confidence and better unit pricing. Many of our longest-running brand relationships started exactly this way.
