Custom Logo Socks Manufacturing
FOCS is a custom logo socks manufacturer with three ways to brand a sock: jacquard knitting (your logo knit into the fabric — sharpest, most premium look), toe embroidery (subtle logo placement), and digital printing (full-color, photographic detail). Every technique runs on certified organic or recycled bases, so your branded socks carry GOTS or GRS certification, not just your logo.
The technique you choose changes the product. Jacquard knitting weaves your logo into the sock itself — it never cracks, fades or peels, which is why premium brands choose it. Our full cotton jacquard socks and digital printed socks pages show both ends of the range. Digital printing wins when your logo has gradients, photos or many colors; toe embroidery is the subtle choice for corporate gifts and uniform programs.
Before we knit a single sample, our design team sends a free knit-down simulation showing how your vector file translates to yarn — including which colors shift when converted to yarn dyes and how small text will behave. That saves a sample round and about two weeks for most projects.
All logo work happens in the same certified factory as our organic production: GOTS-approved dyes for color matching, OEKO-TEX 100 Class I options for baby and sensitive-skin programs, and BSCI-audited labor standards your procurement team can cite. MOQ is 500 pcs per design per color, and rush sampling takes 7–14 days.
